Our fully tested second hand evaporators, condensers and reconditioned compressors, when used are warranted for 12 months. 

All other second hand parts used (eg blend door motors) are warranted for 12 months unless otherwise stipulated on the invoice as for a lesser time.

The refrigerant, oil, new parts and workmanship required to fit any parts used is warranted for 12 months.

What this means for you is that, unless otherwise stipulated on the invoice, and provided you have paid, all parts that we have supplied and fitted, or repaired and refitted, are warranted for 12 months and will be repaired or replaced (at our discretion), free of charge, should they breakdown or fail.  The labour content required to repair or replace these components will also be covered under our warranty.

In the event that the system fails for a reason OTHER than due to the failure of components that we have supplied and fitted or repaired and refitted, then we will warrant the refrigerant and oil only if that failure happens within our warranty period of 12 months from our original work.
