Every repair starts with a proper assessment of the electrical issue you're experiencing. Our highly skilled technicians will carry out prompt but thorough testing and identify the underlying cause. Expect your car to be with us for at least half a day, we like to be thorough. Loan cars are available
QUOTATION
Having diagnosed the electrical issue, our technician will prepare a quote for the full extent of the repairs, and outline your options and the repairs required to get your vehicle back on the road, in plain English.
REPAIR
Once you have approved the work, our technicians will complete the auto-electrical repair using quality parts from trusted suppliers. We test the system thoroughly before your vehicle is returned, and all repairs are backed by our 12-month warranty for added peace of mind.

Alex leads our North Shore workshop and has 10+ years of practical experience. He brings hands-on experience in electrical diagnostics and repair and customer service and is calm and approachable to a fault.
Alex takes the time to explain what is going on with a vehicle in plain language and ensure that customer's requirements are understood and accommodated. He's committed to providing the best possible service for the customer possible.
LOAN CARS AVAILABLE
We understand that life does not stop when your vehicle needs repairs or diagnostics. CoolCar North Shore has a fleet of courtesy vehicles available, so can carry on with your life while your vehicle is with us. Our courtesy cars are well maintained and intended to make things easier. Need to collect the children, take the dog somewhere, or just pop down the road to go shopping. That is absolutely fine.
Courtesy vehicles are provided free of charge. We do not put fuel in the vehicles, and we do not expect them to be returned full. If you notice the fuel level is getting too low for your use, put in enough petrol for the travel you expect to do.
During the Summer months, courtesy cars are often reserved for cars having repairs performed, not evaluations.
